Maraai Yemeni honey – A delightful and inexpensive version of the Yemen organic honey, the Maraai honey is harvested from bees that get their nectar from the various Sidr, Sumar and other wildflowers throughout the year.
Depending on the seasons and the flowers, it's taste varies. It is a lighter golden colour and is not nearly as thick in terms of viscosity as any in our collection, but it packs nutrients and is smooth to taste. It is our sweetest honey ever.
This is a great everyday sugar substitute and makes a great drizzle for pastry spread on toast or even wonderful on yoghurt.
